I'm mainly stick to the roads and know next to nothing about MTB!
I've just powder coated my old orange and done it up a bit. However I think I might have wasted 30 quid on some decathlon 1inch steerer folks (see flickr below) which I think are rubbish. Can anyone recommend something not too expensive
which will will work with this bike...I
thanx

Hi Nicklouse
They are branded B'twin and it says rockrider on the folks. They are 70mm travel and the blurb reads" spring and elastomer suspension fork" there is no other description

ok so we are looking for a relatively inexpensive rigid fork to replace that fork? and must have a 1" steerer.
Mmmm"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Right... your option are Pace £££ magura??? or Marzocchi. all can provide 85mm sus forks with 1" steerers.
I would go for a Marz. MX something but it will be to order. Get in contact with you LBS."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
