Lithium grease v Teflon grease

What's the difference between these two, and which is the best for general use on bearings etc?

Non lithium grease is best - just get Teflon stuff for all round use. Lithium grease is good for dynamic parts like bearings, but dries out on static parts, and has a habit of bonding metals together! Lithium can also damage some rubber seals. Copalsip anti sieze (not a grease) is useful on some parts.
