Non padded, three quarter tights

Does anyone make a pair of non padded, three quarter NON BIB tights?

I want a pair to go underneath some padded team bib shorts in cooler weather.

    Don't you mean over the top of your shorts - the shorts padding won't help with the 3/4 lengths between them and your bits!!! Without going into too much detail it will have roughly cut seams, which may result in roughly cut other bits.
    Has the head wind picked up or the tail wind dropped off???

    I definately wanted them to go UNDER the shorts but I had wondered about that!! :shock:

    In that case I'd go for 3/4 length leg warmers
