Anyone here know what the facilities for cyclists ar elike at LCC County Hall or better still does anyone use them? Due to being redeployed I'll be working there in about a month and want to keep on using my bike to get to and from work.
You hear that? He's up there... mewing in the nerve centre of his evil empire. A ground rent increase here, a tax dodge there? he sticks his leg in the air, laughs his cat laugh... and dives back down to grooming his balls!
