Look Keo Sprint, clipping issues

Hi All, last night my left shoe wouldn't clip into the pedal, try as i might I couldn't get the blighter in!! I'm new to the clipless side of things, and this is my first issue, any ideas how i can rectify the problem??

Have a good look at the cleat on your left shoe. There could be a small stone lodged between the sole and the cleat.
