Getting a bit miffed now, all due to broken glass - trouble is you just can't see it in the dark to avoid it. I've done 400 miles off road on my mountain bike over the last six months without a flat aswell!

Get an old inner tube, cut the valve off and cut it so it's straight... Put that inside your tyre to act as a protective shield. It's alot thicker than those Slime strips you can get and I've not had a puncture in 3 years with that method, and I used to get 1 a week!
It could be your tyre or maybe you have cheap tubes though.. I have another bike where the tubes are so cheap they go flat even if you don't ride it... In the 5 weeks I used it, I had 1 and sometimes 2 flat tyres EVERYDAY.0
