Spesh Allez - can you fit luggage?

Does anyone know if you can fit panniers/racks to the Allez?

    Strangely the Spesh catalogue pics LOOK as if has mounting points on the seat stays but maybe not on the rear drop outs!

    Can of course with a little ingenuity (and P-clips!) add whaever one wants to any bike. Why one would want to do so is a different matter!
