Anybody know of any TV coverage - I know it's all flat, windy and bunch sprints so there's probably only highlights

Only on cycling.tv AFAIK. Haven't been watching it, but looks like the winds did some damage today.0

It was on Eurosport last year I think - it was like a bad, boring dream. Quite enjoyed it though. I tried watching it on cycling.tv today but my network wasn't allowing it.0
