Creating a forest singletrack !!!!
People!
I regularly ride a bridleway just in the Berkshire / oxfordshire border that has about a mile and half section that is a steady downhill gradient through a forest.
I'm planning on going "off piste" and creating a little track of my own.
How would you go about doing this, i was just thinking of taking a rake and dragging it along by hand to mark out the route then riding it to see how it goes hoping after a few rides it will begin to turn into more of a path.
(not asking for permission, just suggestions)

doing something like that at the moment, will let you know how it goes. We will be riding our new track as much as possible until it shows up as a track, if you get what I mean.0
