out on the bike yesterday and couldnt engage the big boy on the chain ring or the big boys on the crankset, do i just need to adjust the top adjust screw etc?
sis gears by the way

at the same time? then you should not be doing so. And maybe. add some tension to the cables.

Try reseting the limit screws.
