Hi there
I go out every second morning and dash out ten miles or so before work.
It's a great way to help me lose weight and get fit.
I've got a cold. My legs feel a bit achy and my nose is blocked.
Should I ride tomorrow or take a couple of days off and let this thing ease?
What really is the best thing to do?

Short gentle burst of excercise usually makes me feel better after a rough patch. If you feel really rough after 20 mins of light (non strenaus) pedalling, head back, if not do an hour but make sure you stay wrapped up and hydrated. Vital is not to over do it, just a short leisurly ride.0

I ride, surf and do weights with a cold.
But I cut out the running.0 -
Don't do your usual 10 mile dash, more a gentle 5 mile bimble round. You just want something to get the blood flowing and clear the cobwebs but not to get a real sweat on. Above all it depends on how you feel!
One fine day in the middle of the night, two dead men got up to fight. Back to back they faced each other, drew their swords and shot each other.0
