Hi
I used to ride around on my bike all the time about a year ago and used to play loads of tennis. then some knob head gave me whiplash at school and i had to stop everything for a while. just got back into riding my bike again and bought a new dj bike, and i started tennsi about 2 months ago now, but im still very unfit. im not overweight, just not as fit as id like to be and now i find the simplest hill really hard on my bike, even on the lowest gear. has anyone got any ideas on how to get fit again apart from riding my bike more and tennis? thanks

Fitness takes time, but you can see changes pretty quickly. Just keep pushing yourself, but remember to ease off if you are ill. Time your run to school and try and beat your time everyday.

No pain, no gain. I'm afraid the correct answer is ride your bike more and harder and then you'll get fit. There isn't an easy way.

God, the youth of today, eh? Want it all on a bloody plate.... I remember in my day, when I crawled out of my shoe in the gutter, we had to....I won't bore you all.

don't be a big shit house, find the steepest, longest hills and if you need to get off and push, you're not a man.
