Cannondale F5 2008

Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum and looking to get back into regular riding again after a few years away from it. My budget is somewhere in the £500 region and I want something light and responsive for weekend trail riding and the occasional bit of small jumping.
I tried out a Cannondale F5 disc today £550 from Evans Cycles in Bristol and I was very impressed. It's at the top end of my budget, so I wondered if anyone owned one yet or new a little about it? Is it worth the money?

I loved the general feel and from what I could tell around the streets of Bristol it was a sharp ride, but obviously it's not the same as getting it off road! If anyone can give me some feedback on the Rock Shox Dart 2 forks that would be useful too!
Thanks,
Rich

Try this one. The Genesis range are pretty nice this year.
For a bit more theres this -http://www.ukbikesdepot.com/products.php?plid=m1b0s2p216
Avid Juicy's, Recon forks, lx 9spd rear mech, decent set of maxxis, i beam saddle, mavic rims and that. Not bad for 6300 -
Thanks mcflask, both look nice, although the Saracen is a little more than I want to spend (great kit on it though!).
I really want to test the bike before I buy anything, so that rules out uk bikes depot0 -
Personally I'd go for the Rockhopper - excellent spec for the money."Melancholy is incompatible with bicycling." ~James E. Starrs0
