    Should he be found guilty, it would be one of the few judicial outcomes in Zimbabwe with which one could be unhappy.

    Spen, you are correct (I think!). Got clumsily lost. Try again: I would be happy if he is found guilty. I am not happy with most other judicial decisions in Z.

    What I don't get....

    Don't Mugabe's men usually just charge in to White owned properties and shoot every bit of white flesh on sight? (Is it any different from what the White settlers did way back? and hence how it can be justified to the people of a country in a worse position than post WW1 Germany? erk)

    Nasty piece of work..... as far as I know, the judiciary in Zim are trying in some slightly surreal way to be internally consistent in a larger field of play, which most closely resembles an anarchic lunatic asylum in the 1890's. Odd, and scary....

    I fear I may have mangled a metaphor and strained the grammar, as well as having used an inappropriate sporting simile. Humble apologies.
