Track bike for a woman - where to get one from?

My fianceé is thinking of taking up track racing at Herne Hill and in the event that they don't have bikes small enough for someone who is 5ft 2inches tall where could we get one for her from?

    The Dolan Track Champ is available in 52 while Team Replica and Kadet track frames are available as small as 45cm while still accepting 700c wheels so you shouldn't have a problem finding a small frame.
