What Sucks:
    Still not sorted out the freehub so no cycling this weekend for Jess :cry:

What Rocks:
    Gorgeous sunshine at the moment. Got the tent up in the garden as my enlarged workshop to make work easier. Half Price Hob-nobs, currently being dipped in my tea. The fantastic thread drift on the "What did you have for tea?" thread.

A positive week this week! :D
Proved by testing to be faster than a badger.

    What sucks: got a shed load of homework to do.

    what rocks:
    decent weather allowing me to get on my bike again after a fair few months.
    if you're not crashing, you're not trying.

    Rocks: Payday! So i shall be purchasing some new gear cables, new outer chainring and anodized red bolts 8), some new riding trousers and a new workstand!

    Sucks: Probably not being able to use any of the new stuff when it comes due to terrible weather.. Roll on spring.

    Rocks - Sunny, just had a decent surf in head and a half high waves.

    What sucks - knackered from the surf and masses of exercise (10m cycle, 4m walk, 1 hrs weights, 1/2 hour swim) yesterday and need a snooze. And it's still cold.
    Two Stumpjumpers, a Rockhopper Disk and an old British Eagle.

    rocked as ive been off school all week so been riding everyday even though is has p1ssed it down all day here

    rocked cause all the lasses at school want the english guy :lol:

    New Marin Frame swap is underway (should be ready next Tuesday/Wednesday) - having it done at very busy LBS - went in today for him to measure it all up and to talk tech

    Looks like my Mythic Build will also be finished very shortly

    Got a quote for a set of Mavic Open Pro rims on XTR M975 for the marin (Spare road set) .... good price :)

    Sucked:

    Found out my fitness had declined massively (due to me not getting out to much on the bike/gym)

    Have three great bikes but I have turned into a fat git/unfit

    Just been offered a job for when I graduate.
    The job will 99% involve me moving to Austria for a year, meaning riding in summer and boarding in winter.

    Sucks:

    Still have to get through my final year at uni.
    Went riding on Wednesday, was shattered before I even made it to the woods.
    It's Friday night and I'm staying in.
    "The problem was, I was still using my eyes even though I had them shut"

    Demoted to commuting duty

    Have managed to get out on my new bike twice this week.
    Running/orienteering events for the next 3 days.

    Sucks:
    Insurance has written car off after minor bump
    Weather awful - don't think there can be anymore rain in the sky left!

    Being chatted up at any time is flattering - & to be encouraged!!! :D

    From other threads (ie. walkers) sounds like bikers are just at risk of being hit!! :shock:
