Who may have had the misfortune to hear my high volume tirade of abusive and industrial language at around 19.00 yesterday evening.
The cause of my rage was a white van man who sat behind me, harassed me with his horn then squeezed past me with absolute minimal space. Yes WVM I did catch you up before the next junction, yes you did turn off to escape me, however luckily for both of us I had calmed down slightly and decided to leave it. FYI, WVM I ride 1.5 m out into the road because parked cars tend to open their doors. So sorry if this held you up by 5 seconds.

Short sighted and impatient. The thing is of course the fact that you did catch up with him means it didnt actually add to the length of his journey, These type of scum havent got the intelligence to work out what actually adds to their journey time and what just means they arent queueing for so long at the next lights... They are prepared to put our lives on the line to get to the back of the queue faster, not to get home sooner.0

My theory is that I can't ever be holding up traffic, because my journey to work takes considerably less time than a car / van / truck.
In fact, they delay my journey. Especially the morons that sit on the very outside of the lane in a traffic jam (why??) so that I have to stop and wait for oncoming traffic to clear before overtaking.0 -

Fair enough when being chased by lions on the Serengeti plains, but seriously, some people just need to leave the caveman behind.0 -
Argh I know that road, I go through that bit en route to see my Nan in Queen's Park. Lots of a-holes who don't understand why you don't cycle along hugging the parked cars...0
