I will be running a first aid course at Coed LLandegla on Sat 2nd Feb from 0900 -1300. The course is free to members of NWMBA (www.nwmba.org.uk), but non-members can contact me at clubrides@nwmba.org.uk if they would like to attend and places are available. (or leave a post on the forum)
A donation to the club would be required, which in turn will be passed to charity.
The course will include CPR, casualty management, dealing with shock, bleeding and breaks. Other bits and pieces will be tailored to trailside first aid.
The course will end in a ride around the red route with a few scenarios thrown in along the way...
