Zinn and the art of mountain bike maintenance. Great fpr beginners (and the advanced), clear layout, easy to follow. Park Blue Bike Book good too, but can get most the info off the web site!

But as it only arrived yesterday have yet to watch it.

Seems good value, compared to some of the other DVD's, assuming it's good of course!
