loose bolts on 5050x

on my 5050x pedals last night i suddenly found oneof the plates sliding, i checked and both bolts to hold it on are missing as was on from the other half of the pedal, idoubt that this is random vandalism as the rest of the bike was ok and it requires a 2mm allen key
i just wandered if anyone had had similar problems and if anyone has any solutions

Isn't there a warranty with 50/50's? I used locktight on mine as i don't intend to change colour...worth checking warranty!
