Full sus bearing and pivot care (trek fuelEX8)

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on looking after the bearings and pivots on my new fuel ex8.
Just bought my first full sus after being a dedicated hardtail rider all my life and i was wondering if i should lube the pivots or should they be okay if they are left alone. Any advice apreciated as i dont have a clue about looking after a full sus.
