Question about RS Tora's and disc rotor!

Hey, today my new RS Tora's arrived and i wondered if anyone could post a link for the manual and what do you guys do/use to keep them lubed and clean?

Also does anyone know if this fork would take a 185mm Disc rotor?

Thanks in advance and sorry for being lazy and not finding the manual online myself!!!
I love the sound my tyres make on dusty single track!
