My point,as you asked,is that Delgado cheated his way to victory,& he got away with it.

No,I'm not a Lawyer,but it does rankle me that people who cheered on the victors of the last umpteen TDF see fit to go for the jugular of one individual,when the vast majority of recent victors,looking at their power outputs,appear to be 'super human'.
With the exception of the last 2 or 3 lines, I don't necessarily disagree with much what you say (though it can still be said that Delgado was within the rules - even if the spirit of the rules was broken) but Landis took it to a new level, not only in the race itself ie one day he is a spent force, the next day he rides like it is the first day, but in his discussing the private matter of Lemond to his weasel of a manager and its aftermath.
Which comes back to the original point I was making that no other rider has tainted cycling as much. Its not just about the doping.0
