Maverick Speedball, Lever or Remote??

Have decided to purchase a Maverick Speedball seatpost for my Enduro SL but can't make up my mind whether to go for the Lever model or Remote model?

Please can anybody advise?

    Haven't got one but was considering getting one. If I do I'd get one with the remote. I'd imagine you'd have to be pretty much stationary to use the lever, in which case you might as well just adjust the seat height with the quick release.
    It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
