Where'd the best place to get hold of replacement stem bolts ? My Lbs does not have any
to hand and I was wondering whether on line shops would keep a supply. I have a number of stems I want to sell but the bilts are slightly tarnished.

Thanks

    What sort of bolts?

Quill stem expander bolts - I doubt you'll find them separate.
Quill stem pinch bolts - pretty certain you will not find separate ones for many quality stems like Cinelli or TTT. Some quality stems (e.g. some Nitto) and some cheap stems might take M6 bolts.

A head stem front bolts - surely any old M5 bolts of the right length will suffice.

For metric bolts I suggest you use stainless steel ones which are available from any number of online retailers like St John Street Cycles.

If you're in London, Clerkenwell Screw is a company very close to Condor Cycles, that seem to do all sorts of screws at very good prices.
