I don;t have one, yet, but would assume if your using it to film close passes etc, that you would want it on the right hand side of your helmet no?

Thats how Ive mounted it at the moment but the camera looks pretty huge there and doesnt capture things from the angle I see them, I was wondering if centrally on top it might be more stable and give a more true indicator of how I see things.. Its also not always close over takes, its people pulling out dangerously from junctions to the left, vehicles carrying out the overtake and left hook manouvre.

just wandering what other people are doing.

There are a few pictures over on t'other place where most of the camera people hang out.
  • I have mine on my handlebars. It's a little less flexible that way but despite being a very cool little camera, I found it felt like a bloody huge thing when I tried to strap it to my helmet.

Yeah it looks like Ive raided a boeing factory and tried gaining speed by strapping an engine to the right side of my helmet...
