Three questions

do they work?
can you really tell they works?
will it work whilst sitting in front of the tv?

    Sort of

Only if your prepared to use it for ages or are skinny if you want to see the results. You can feel it though.

    Yes

Not sure they actually help in anyway though other than by toning existing muscle. Your not gonna get a stronger core by using it and there not all that comfortable.

Yeah so did I, didn't really help with that though. All it does is send an electrical pulse into your muscle which tenses and relaxes it for you, if you want to lose fat you'd have to combine it with plenty of aerobic workouts and a healthy diet. Even then be prepared to lose weight elsewhere before it notices on your gut! I found cutting down on beer, daily crunches, pressups and weights plus regular riding did the trick but then got bored of not being able to drink lol! Once you've built muscle and lost a bit of weight its a great way of making you looked ripped though without actually having to do sit ups before you go out for the evening.

    Just do more cardio.

Spot fat reduction is more of a waste of time than making diet kebabs.

Believe me, I've been training like a nutter since I was 16.
Two Stumpjumpers, a Rockhopper Disk and an old British Eagle.
