26in Carbon Fork
I have a first generation Cannondale Bad Boy which is basically a v brake equipped rigid MTB. I bought it for commuting but it has become a jack of all trades used for commuting, touring, audax, trailquest (MTB orienteering), going to the shops, etc and it is a genuinely versatile machine.
The steel forks are starting to become tatty and there is the possibility that I might replace them. I would like a carbon fork but I would like to retain the v brakes. I can find rigid 26in carbon forks but they have disc mounts only, or I can find 700c cyclocross forks with bosses. Does anyone know if there are any 26in carbon forks with bosses available?

(Pace brake mounting kit - will also fit On-One carbon MTB forks)

I was going to say the same - RC31's with vee-brake kit. Pace will also do the forks custom for a small fee to make them the same length as your existing forks - these days they're longer as most frames are designed to take longer suspension forksMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Thanks for that. The On One option with the Pace kit may be something to go for. Shame there is nothing designed that way as I was hoping for a more sleek look as you would get with a cyclocross fork, but I guess it is a pretty specific market.0

SJS Cycles do them for their Thorn Ravens. They have a V mounting at the back of the fork and also mud eyes should you wish to use them.

the Pace forks are nice though. I'd recommend them.
