Are wiggle.co.uk actually cheaper?

Looking at their site everything seems to be on sale but the prices still seem similar to other places.

  • I ordered some stuff from em about 10 days before xmas. They then put the prices up on all items.
The smart superflash jumped from £11.99 to £12.79 in a day!

Sale of Goods is slow leaving my memory :-)
    but
If your advertising a Sale and claiming an amount of discount then you must have sold that item at the un-discounted price for a significant amount of time.

I usually find Wiggle prices after the 10% discount they cosntant;y give me for spending so much to be about the same as Chain Reaction. The main advanatage of Wiggle being they have more of the road gear I am looking for as CRC seem to be more focused on MTB stuff.
They are also good for obscure bits like carrier mounts for cat eye lights whihc no where else seems to have lying around.
    Do Nellyphants count?

Wiggle are cheaper for some items, others are cheaper for other stuff. Wiggle are normally most reliable though.

Shop around, they both seem to be cheap - on the sale stuff.

Saying that tho' I looked online at CRC, Wiggle and a few more. Looking for the 5 LED Polaris and the Smart Superflash. Found the cheapest (CRC), printed it out and went into JEJames looking to get them to pricematch.

Didn't need to bother. They'd already beaten the best by at least £1 on each unit.

(I'm not saying this to push JEJ - But JEJ is my LBS and I'd rather spend local)
