looking for a 5 inch frame xc/am frame for about 800 havent got a clue wat to get coz ive only ever ridden hardtails

How about a Giant Trance X? Might be a bit over budget frame only. If you are doing more AM stuff, might want to consider more travel.0 -

What parts do you plan to put on it? Sometimes it works out better to buy a whole bike, swap parts, sell the ones you took off it - and this opens up far more choice. Just another option.0
