Planet-X Splitail - can you help?

I've not been riding for about a year and used to ride trials, i'm not looking for a sort of allround bike i can start down the DH/4x sorta route. i'm 5ft 8 so should i be looking at short frame?
i've found the Planet-X Splitail frame but can't find it for sale anywhere except on zedbikes do you no anywhere else that sells it and is it a good choice? any other options should i consider?
Looking at spending about £1000-1200 on frame and forks to start me off so i can build from that.
