Getting oil off the carpet

I have been stripping my bike down a bit and giving it clean and lube this. However, it would appear that some lube and grease has found its way on to the carpet in the workshop/hallway. Anyone got any tips for stain removal?

Cillet Bang or vanish remover or such like.
Or get a felt tip pen the same shade as the carpet and get colouring!
