NS bitc*h disc tabs & caliper slipping?

I'm in the process of building a steel frame. I want it to be disc and single speed or gears compatible, so I thought of using the kind of dropouts the NS bitc*h has, because they're fairly simple. The thing is that some people say the design of the tabs may let the caliper slip back and forwards with powerful disc brakes.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
I'll probably go with a different design I'm working on right now, but I'd really like to know.
