Titanium frames - Opera & Bianchi
I know there a lot of Ti fans on the forum - I'm one of them! - and I'm after a bit of help and info on a couple of specifics.
1. Anyone have any personal experience of the Opera Palladio? Opera is part of Pinarello as far as I'm aware and they produced this a few years back.

Anyone know of anybody selling one anywhere in the UK? Second hand or new.
2. Slane Cycles have this rather nice Bianchi frame for sale with a price of £2k on it

Whats the difference between the frame at £2k and a complete build at £1,950, anyone know?

Oops - the link to the Palladio doesn't seem to work so if you search on Google Images you'll see what I'm on about!0

Sorry...no experience of either but i ride an Airborne Zeppelin, now van nich, and on a frame only basis you could kit this out really well for less than the opera, or indeed a night at the opera!0

Parkers just do the alu and carbon offerings from Opera at the moment, you could give them a ring for clarification. I have never known if Opera was an offshoot from Pinarello or a completely different company.0
