Check out this website. I think my kid's school used them to procure and install a bike rack/shelter.
The one they chose was a curved-roof perspex jobby with Sheffield stands in it (not unlike the blue one on the top row of the website page I've linked to below). Other people may have different opinions, but I thought this one was perfectly adequate.
dont know what your budget is or how secure the facility needs to be. Have a look at the website and contact them if you want.
