Anyone ridden one? I can get hold of one for half the price Stif sells them but obviously they're quite expensive so before I even think about making the effort to test ride one, I'm interested to know whether they're worth the time and money.

    They are supposed to be velvety smooth... I doubt you will find many owners on here (only 99% of us that would kill for one!!!)

    If you can get one cheap do it man for God's sake!

    Seriously not had any experience on them but as long as the size fits and you are happy with it - go for it! :wink:

    The VAT people might not be keen but a trip to Canada or the US and some friendly LBS people is all it takes for a cheap Ibis ;)

    They were "price no object" bike of the year in WMB. Again I haven't ridden one but if you're looking for a superlight 140mm bike, it's supposed to be one of the best. A riding pal of mine has ordered the SL and has worked out a build that still includes Pike U-turn forks for 25lbs!
