More Tubeless questions

I've been looking at going tubeless on my Pitch comp, but have a couple of questions.
1, Is it worth £50 for Stans?
2, I knowit's all about radial mass when it comes to wheel weight and inertia. The less radial mass you have the lower the inertia and therefore quicker acceleration, so what is the typical weight saving over a "normal" innertube set up?
3, Is it easy to install and maintain at riding pressures i.e. does it loose pressure like a normal inner tube set up?
4, Can you fit a tubeless system when the O.E rim has schrader valves or do you/can you convert to a Presta valve is necessary?
Thanks in advance

I don't know whether they're still doing it, but MBUK were offering a free Joe's No-Flats tubeless kit with a magazine subscription. I got one of the kits, and have just converted the first tyre this afternoon after a lot of faffing about
From what I've read, the weight-saving isn't the be all and end all, whilst the 100g of sealant is lighter than a standard tube, a light tyre/tube set-up is still likley to be lighter than a tubeless tyre and sealant.
The big benefit is to puncture resistance, a more supple ride, and better grip.0 -
