servicing an marzocchi mx comp 2003 fork

Hi,
I think its about time i replaced my seals and changed the oil on my mx comp forks, I have had these since 2003 and have never changed it yet. I know i should of done it yearly but never got around to it. My question is which seals do i need and which oil. Also is it easy to do yourself.

marz seals for the leg size. tools to remove the old stuff and to press in the new. look at an old 2000/2001 marz manual it shows how. oil is 7.5wt.
