Bar Tape?

I just received my first ever proper road bike.

It came with the bar tape in box

There is

2 lengths of bar tape

2 small bat tape cut offs

2 bits of tape

2 bungs

How does this all fit together on my bars?

Do the tape as the very last thing. Make sure you've put the levers on.

Start from the bottom of the drops, going towards the outside of the handlebars on both handlebars, this direction is important to stop you unpeeling the tape when you are holding onto the bars. Overlapping about half the tape each time.
