Thumbs Up For LBS

Well, I finally got round to getting my rear wheel fixed as it wobbled like a b*tch as soon as you pick up speed or went downhill.
After coming out in a cold sweat looking at Evan's prices (and the re-mortgage it may have cost) I went to my LBS this morning.
He realised straight away what the problem was, a broken axle/hub, 20 minutes later I had a brand new wheel attached and in working order all for £35 inc. parts and labour.
The LBS was Broadway Bikes on Hendon Broadway 8)
Now which direction to Marble Arch :P

you gotta give it to em, Bike repair prices seem to be dirt cheap!
Being someone who is also in the hobby of "radio controlled helicopters", I often go into a bike shop expecting to pay a bomb for a bike repair. They have to resuccitate me when I fall to the floor thinking They've made a mistake and that the bike behind the counter might not actually be mine any longer.
Thumbs up to my LBS too (halfords believe it or not)...... for now!
Good to hear that you got the problem resolved through, You posted a previous thread about this if I remember right. Nice to know you got it fixed.0 -
