Hi all
Im looking to buy my second bike after buying a cheepy thing which lasted all of about half a dozen rides down Afan down in sunny Wales....ive got about £650 - £700 to spend and after trawling through pages n pages ive narrowed it down to.....GT avalanche 1.0 or Orange G3 08...well thats my two fav, any other suggestions for the money would be good!.
As per above using for Afan and day messing around the hills?..whats your thoughts?

Have you riden either bike? I'd always go with a gut instinct. If you loke the look of a bike, and then ride and find out it does what you want, then go for it.
GT's are not my thing, I dont like the way the frame looks, but the geometery is well sorted, same can be said of the Orange. Try 'em.0 -
If you fancy a top-notch steel frame and can stretch another £50, this might be a good buy...
