Hi every body,
Just wondering what bikes and at what type of price would you be looking at if you wanted a hard trail, with a decent frame and air shock
Cheers
Paul

You are going to need to give us a bit more info, because air forks can be got quite cheaply, notably the tora comes in an air flavour. Also the air forks can be used for a lot of different situations.0

600 plus really, might get a Tora 302 air. Dont really see any bad frames, but plenty of bad forks!0

buy a decent bike with a coil fork first. then upgrade the fork when you have the money.I said hit the brakes not the tree!!

600 quid will seriously limit what you can get with an air fork. To open up choice you want to be spending 8 or 900 really. As above, plenty of competant coil forks for this money.0

-

Most manufacturers do an XL size - the way they are measured varies, and top tube length is most important, so you may not be what you think - best way is to try some out!
For 600 quid I'd take a look at the Rockhopper Disc - probably the best frame for this money, then add to that a good fork, brakes and drivetrain, and you have a great bike for what you want.0 -
thanks for the help, might be able to strech to the comp version, what you thing of that?Specailized Enduro 08 - Beast

Not sure its worth the extra 150. Better fork, but not enough their to justify the extra for me.0
