Touching up paint. What kind do you use (if any)?

We all get annoying little stone chips on our beloved steeds - part and parcel of riding but now again I touch up certain blemishes with Humbrol enamel model paint - although it's very hard to get an exact match. But it is very hard wearing.

Any other suggestions out there?

I've just used the car touchup paint from Halfrauds. Comes with a little brush or a sort of pen tip. Seems OK. To prevent the stone chips though I've put some Sports Shield plastic stuff on the downtube.

Used to just use a Ford touch-up stick for my old Marin.

I like the idea of the model paints though - will check them out for my newer bikes.

Surprised bike manufacturers don't sell these actually - since most have quite a restricted colour palette compared to motors.
