fitting front caliper brake

hey folks,

i have a sora front caliper brake i want to fit to my fixed wheel bike to make it road safe... I have the sora caliper and the lever... but I don't have the nuts/bolts that connect the brake to the fork.

do I need a special size or type for this or just any old household type one would do?
