Type in ball busters or something similar into youtube. Watch a few of the results and then count yourself lucky!

I'd second that. It could be just a muscle strain but it could be a hernia...

    Fair enough.

I had a minor hernia (not worth operating on) last year. It wasn't immediately obvious to the 3 physical exams I had and by the time I got to get an NHS ultrasound it had nearly healed itself.

The discomfort I had was really intermittent and never painful but really worrying to start with ;)

i know what you mean..any discomfort be it ache or pain is worrying

just thought you guys would maybe of come across this...thought possibly riding on incorrect saddle or height, testicles in wrong position etc might have a effect on this

just feels a little like ive been kicked there with a slight un easy feeling in the groin area

I occasionally suffer with these bad-boys - Epididymal Cysts http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/40024646/. It's not cycling caused but I found it could be aggravated by cycling no matter how good your shorts / saddle is.

I think it's more common in blokes over forty but I had them in my early twenties. One bad bout and I've never really suffered so bad since. I get the occasional twinge but the Doc assured me they're harmless and I trust him (of course I trusted him, my happy-sacks were in his palm...).

Could also indicate the onset of a virus causing your various glands to swell.
I'm only concerned with looking concerned
