I've been away a while...................

1st I got a cold in November after coming back off holiday (Red Sea resort sunshine in November, excellent) then when I got back on my bike after a couple of days off I went down even worse. Came back after a full week off and the cold came back again even worse. Then I came back in December and hurt my back. I was moving round like an old cripple, and felt like one. My office Xmas dinner, which I organised, was spent bent over like I was looking for a pound coin I'd dropped. The cold has finally gone - and my wife now has bronchitis so I guess I was lucky. My back is ok and I can walk like a human - ish. So next week I'll be returning to work (after a week off for a new kitchen) and will be back on the bike.
God I've missed it.
