    There's an oriental midget gentleman I see cycling round the Finsbury area sometimes, on a small child's bike. Apparently he's known locally as the 'Chinese Defective'.

    Then there's an old boy who cycles very slowly along Upper Street in Islington, wearing a dirty dayglo coat, wild white hair and loaded down with carrier bags.
