Has anyone tried mail order with this firm? They are based in Congleton, Cheshire?

    I have - Bought my daughters specialized hotrock bike from there - they were very quick to despatch and happy to help with any queries on the phone after I had taken delivery (it needed assembling at home)

    recently I called them about a new frame fro myself - which they had sold out of, but again they were very helpful on the phone.

    Bad news is I had a problem!

    Good news is that it was sorted immediately!

    I was sent the wrong pare (almost identical - one letter in the code) so it was returned, and the correct part with me the following day.

    This is where the test really lies as you know they can deal with problems efficiently.
