Anyone used them? They are based in Congleton, Cheshire.

    Bought my MTB from them in summer 2006.
    No problems with the purchase or delivery. But a few minor points on the setup (cable routing) which I remedied myself. They did send me a replacement set of cable outers FOC. Also had a part on the fork 'break' after 8 months (my fault TBH), which they replaced.
    So customer service is okay too.

    Bought some wheels, lights, brake blocks and other sundry items from them using their website - never had a problem.
    What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!
