Recommendations for arm-rests?

Hi all,
Just posting to ask if anyone has any ideas/recommendations for arm-rests to suit a pair of Spinaci-style mini tri-bars. The ones I actually use are ITM Boomerangs (bit longer & curvier than Spinacis, but more compact than 3T Mini Sub-8s), and as I mostly ride hilly or sporting course TTs, they suit me better than full-size tri-bars as there's less of a weight penalty when climbing. Trouble is that long periods of use leave me with sore arms, as these types of bar generally don't incorporate any sort of padding or rest. I've tried foam plumbing insulation taped around the tops of the main handlebar, but this only partially solves the problem, so would welcome thoughts on acquiring/adapting the types of rest that full-size extensions come with. Thanks in advance for feedback.
Regards,
David
